1. General Use Digital gift cards may be used for purchases online through our website or in-store at our physical location. Physical gift cards are valid for in-store use only and cannot be redeemed online. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, except as required by law. Gift cards are not valid toward wedding event retainers, or outstanding balances.
2. Expiration and Fees Bay Park Flowers Gift cards do not expire and are free from maintenance, activation, or service fees. Promotional or complimentary gift cards, if offered, may carry an expiration fate as clearly disclosed at time of issuance
3. Redemption Digital gift cards can be redeemed online by entering the gift card ID at checkout, or in-store by presenting either the gift card ID or the barcode from the email to a store attendant. In accordance with California law for balances under $10 may be redeemed for cash upon request.
4. Delivery Digital gift cards are delivered electronically via email to the recipient immediately after purchase. Please ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly, as we are not responsible for undelivered or misdirected cards due to incorrect information.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards—digital or physical. Gift cards should be treated like cash. Unauthorized use will not be refunded or replaced.
6. Refunds and Exchanges Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Any refunds or returns for purchases made with a gift card will be subject to the return policy of the store where the purchase was made.
7. Balance and Transaction History You can check the balance and transaction history of your gift card by calling the store directly. A store representative will assist you with any questions related to your card.
8. Fraud and Abuse We reserve the right to deactivate, reject, or cancel any gift card—digital or physical—if we suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms. Legal action may be taken where applicable.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and will apply to all current and future gift card use.

Our Design & Substitution Promise
Every arrangement we create is handcrafted using the freshest seasonal flowers available. While we always strive to recreate the design you selected as closely as possible, some flowers, greenery, or containers may occasionally be unavailable due to seasonality, weather, or market conditions.
When substitutions are necessary, our designers thoughtfully select blooms and vessels of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style, color palette, texture, and feeling of the original design. Because many of our arrangements feature unique, artisan containers, an exact vase match cannot always be guaranteed.
If a specific flower, color, or container is especially important to your order, please include those details in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.

Delivery Policy
We proudly offer hand-delivery throughout San Diego and select surrounding communities. Every arrangement is thoughtfully designed in our studio and personally delivered with the same care and attention that goes into creating it.
To provide the highest quality service, we operate two standard delivery routes each day:
Morning Route: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Afternoon Route: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Orders are carefully routed and prioritized based on the most efficient delivery path, generally beginning with destinations closest to our studio and continuing outward. This allows us to deliver the freshest flowers possible while serving all of our customers efficiently.
While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time during our standard routes, you may request your preferred delivery window at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Guaranteed delivery times are available on a limited, exception-only basis and require advance approval. Because accommodating a specific delivery time often requires rerouting a driver, a Timed Delivery Service Fee will apply based on location and availability. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.
For funerals, memorial services, weddings, hospitals, and other scheduled events, we coordinate directly with the venue whenever possible to ensure your flowers arrive before the event begins.
If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will use their best judgment to leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location when appropriate. If a secure location is unavailable or weather conditions could compromise the arrangement, we will contact the recipient to coordinate delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect addresses, missing gate codes, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Please verify the recipient’s address, phone number, business name, suite number, and any gate or access instructions before placing your order to help avoid delays.
